Baccalaureate Concert

The Baccalaureate Concert is an annual event that occurs the evening of the first day of  the Spring Congregation Ceremonies.  It is a free concert in honour of our graduating students and features outstanding young artists from the UBC School of Music.

Flowers, Photos, Video and Webcast

Please visit www.flowerfactory.ca to pre-order a bouquet for your special graduating student.  The bouquet can be picked up at the tent site at UBC on the day of the ceremony.   Pre-made bouquets are also available for purchase on-site at Congregation

All ceremonies are videotaped and photographed and available for purchase. For information regarding photography please visit www.gradimages.ca.

All ceremonies will also be available by Live Webcast.

Refreshments

Light refreshments will be available for purchase during Graduation at the front entrance of Graduate Student Centre on the plaza level.

Spring Graduation Visitor Parking Info

UBC 2013 Spring Graduation ceremonies will be taking place on May 22-24 and May 27-29 this year.

Parking for this event is available at a reduced rate of $5.00 cash only for graduates and guests at the Rose Garden and Fraser River parkades.  Payment will be taken at the entrance gates.

Remember to allow yourself at least 30 minutes to arrange parking as line ups are anticipated with the high volume of attendees expected.
